Returns & exchange
We hope you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) under the following conditions:
• Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
• We do not accept returns on custom-made or personalized items unless they are defective.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
1. Email us at info@jimicoconut.com with your order number, item you want to return and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with the return instructions.
3. Shipping costs of the returned products will be entirely paid for by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. The risk the package gets lost or delayed is on your own account and we are not responsible for it.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
REFUNDS
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving your return.
• The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the terms and conditions of the returned item(s) are not met, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible. In this situation, you may (as an alternative to us providing you with a reduced refund) choose to have the products sent back to you at your own expense.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
